On 15 July, the Ministry of Education (MoE) and the EV Association of Thailand (EVAT) organized a seminar at the Office of the Vocational Education Commission (OVEC) building of the MoE. Six vocational schools from Bangpakong, Chonburi, Chiangmai, and other provinces and districts and the company representative, Beidou JieAn, were invited to attend the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Kritsada Uttamote, the new president of the EV Association of Thailand (EVAT), introduced the current status of EV development in Thailand and put forward the vision of close cooperation between enterprises and educational institutions. He hoped that educational institutions could continuously train and export EV industry talents for companies to meet Thailand's and carbon neutral target.

Dr. Tongchai, a member of the EV Association of Thailand (EVAT), showed some cases of school-enterprise cooperation in Thailand. He highlighted the successful model of cooperation between Beidou JieAn and Bangpakong Vocational College, i.e., Beidou JieAn puts electric motorcycles and charging piles in schools, builds after-sales service centers, provides schools with teaching and research prototypes, as well as classes on electric motorcycle knowledge and professional training on maintenance services, and creates flexible employment opportunities for students through cooperation with local online service platforms. The school provides the workplace and the necessary instruments and tools for the cooperation project and improves the construction and operation services of Beidou JieAn’s electric motorcycle facilities.

MoE and EVAT praised the cooperation between Beidou JieAn and Bangpakong Vocational College as a win-win model for both the school and the enterprise. Both sides will work together to promote this model to all 433 vocational schools in Thailand, to facilitate the rapid development of Thailand's electric motorcycle industry. In early August, the first batch of 12 vocational schools will sign cooperation agreements centrally with Beidou JieAn.
