In order to promote the high-quality development of Beidou JieAn's Southeast Asia business, strengthen talent group, and strive towards the long-term goal of "further opening of the international market", on March 18, 2024, Beidou JieAn CEO Yang Ruiting met with Dato Steven Thor Chin Keong at the Malaysian branch, officially appointed him as international board member of Beidou JieAn.

On 13th June 2015, the Sultan of Pahang, Sultan Ahmad Shah conferred on him the Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (D.I.M.P.) which carries the title ‘ Dato’.

During this meeting, Beidou JieAn CEO Yang Ruiting said: "Thor Chin Keong has rich experience and has made significant contributions to the development of many companies. Beidou JieAn is very honored to appoint Mr. Thor as an international board member and become one of Beidou JieAn. We hope that Mr. Thor will provide more advice for the international development of Beidou JieAn in the future, seeking cooperation opportunities and high-quality development together."

Dato Steven Thor Chin Keong said: "I am honored to be an international board member of Beidou JieAn.
